I am an educator, restorative practices advocate, and creator of The Restorative Educator Collection, a five-book professional journal series designed to help educators build schools where every student feels seen, valued, and supported.
My work lives at the intersection of relationships, accountability, and human dignity. I believe that restorative education is not a program or a strategy. It is a way of being that begins with the educator's own growth and reflection.
Beyond the journals, I am also at work on a children's book series, because the same values that guide restorative practice belong in every story we tell young people about who they are and who they can become.
